摘要: 以稀土硝酸盐、氟化钠为原料通过溶剂热法成功制备出了NaYF4:Yb/Er上转换材料,探索3种不同的表面活性剂及F-浓度对产物形貌及发光性能的影响。通过扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射和发光光谱对产物的形貌、物相结构及荧光性能进行表征。结果表明,加入不同的表面活性剂可以得到不同形貌的产物;在发光性能上,加入十二烷基硫酸钠的产物发光效果好。此外,随着NaF加入量增加,产物的晶相由立方相转变为立方相和六方相的混合相,当F-和Ln3+的物质的量的比为8∶1时形成六方相。

Synthesis and Research of Different Morphologies and Luminescent Properties of NaYF4:Yb/Er Upconversion Material

Abstract: We successfully prepared NaYF4:Yb/Er upconversion materials in a solvothermal method with rare earth nitrates and sodium fluoride as raw material, also the impact of three different surfactants and the concentration of F- on their morphology and luminescence properties was explored. The morphology, phase structure and luminescence properties of the NaYF4:Yb/Er samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Xray powder diffraction, and luminescence spectra. The results indicate that the NaYF4:Yb/Er with different morphologies can be obtained through adding different surfactants, and the sample using SDS as surfactant has the best upconverting optical property. In addition, with the increasing of NaF, the crystalline structure changes from cubic structure to the mixed structure of cubic and hexagonal, finally when the molar ratio is n(F-)∶n(Ln3+)=8∶1, it is a hexagonal structure.
