摘要: 吸附床的传热传质性能的优化是提高吸附式制冷系统制冷效率的重要方法。利用FLUENT软件对使用CaCl2NH3为吸附工质对的化学吸附制冷系统中的吸附床进行了数值模拟研究,分析了吸附床解吸过程中温度场和单位质量吸附剂制冷量(SCP)的变化规律,并对不同填充直径和每层填充厚度的吸附床进行了性能分析,结果显示在填充总量一定时,吸附床的填充直径越小,系统的制冷效率越高。

Numerical Simulation and Structure Analysis of Adsorbent Bed in Chemical Adsorption Refrigeration

Abstract: Optimizing heat and mass transfer in the adsorbent bed is an efficient method for improving the cooling efficiency of the adsorption refrigeration system. In this study, the CaCl2NH3 adsorbent bed is studied by FLUENT numerical simulation. The change rule of adsorbent temperature field and SCP during desorption is analyzed, and the characteristics of the adsorbent beds with different filling diameters are examined. The simulation results show that under the same filling volume, a reduction in filling diameters improves heat transfer and cooling efficiency. This study provides a simple numerical simulation method for studying the adsorbent bed, which optimizes structure of the adsorbent bed.
