三乙醇胺对介孔二氧化钛薄膜的光电增强作用

 摘要: 以三嵌段共聚物为模板剂,钛酸正丁酯为无机前驱体,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了TiO2溶胶,利用提拉法获得了纳米晶介孔TiO2薄膜,对薄膜的制备条件进行了优化。研究表明,将介孔TiO2薄膜电极浸入含有三乙醇胺的缓冲溶液中,在紫外光照射条件下,三乙醇胺作为电子供体,能够显著增强介孔TiO2薄膜电极的光电流强度。

Enhancement on the Photoelectric Propertiesof Mesoporous TiO2 Film

 Abstract: Mesoporous TiO2 with good crystallinity was prepared by solgel method using triblockcopolymer as template and tetrabutyl titanate as the inorganic precursor. Photoelectric experiments were performed by immersing the mesoporous TiO2 thin film electrode in PBS buffer solution containing triethanolamine. The electron donor of triethanolamine for ITO/TiO2 could strongly enhance the photoelectric capability of ITO/TiO2 thin film.
