11.00 R20 S815型全钢载重子午胎硫化过程的数值模拟与硫化测温

摘要:对11.00 R20 S815全钢载重子午胎进行了硫化测温,并测量了各胶料的热物性参数,对其硫化工艺过程进行了数值模拟。结果显示:硫化期间轮胎内部存在较明显的温度分布梯度,轮胎各部位的硫化历程差别较大,胎冠和胎肩等部位的后硫化效应不容忽视。

Numerical Simulation and Temperature Measurement Research on Curing Process of 11.00 R20 S815 All-Steel Radial Truck Tire

Abstract:The experiment of temperature measurement during the curing process of 11.00 R20 S815 all-steel radial truck tire was carried out, and the thermal properties of rubbers were obtained through measuring, then the numerical simulation of the curing process was carried out. The results showed that there have obvious temperature distribution gradient inside the tire during curing process, the degrees of cure had obvious differences between each parts of tire, and the after cure of the tread of tire and the tire shoulder could not  be ignored.
