P(CMTC-AM-DMC)对Cu2+的絮凝性能

摘要:采用分散聚合法合成壳聚糖-聚丙烯酰胺P(CMTC-AM-DMC)絮凝剂,研究了该絮凝剂投加量、pH、搅拌强度和时间等因素对Cu2+的絮凝捕集性能,并与聚合氯化铝(PAC)以及实验自制的羧甲基硫脲基壳聚糖(CMTC)进行比较。结果表明:当Cu2+质量浓度为20 mg·L-1,pH=6~8,搅拌强度为150 r·min-1时,投加20~40 mg·L-1的P(CMTC-AM-DMC)絮凝剂对Cu2+的捕集率即可达到90%,PAC的用量为240 mg·L-1,pH为6时,对Cu2+的捕集率为90%。CMTC的用量为1~2 mg·L-1,pH为6时,对Cu2+的捕集率为80%~90%。

Flocculation Capability of P(CMTC-AM-DMC) for Copper Ions

Abstract:The compound flocculant of chitosan and polyacrylamide P(CMTC-AM- DMC) was prepared by dispersion polymerization. The flocculation and trapping capability of P(CMTC-AM-DMC) for Cu2+ was investigated. The factors were discussed such as dosage, pH, stirring speed and time, etc. The results showed that, the rate of Cu2+ removal could be up to 90% with 20 mg·L-1 of Cu2+ concentration, 6—8 of pH, 20—40 mg·L-1 of P(CMTC-AM-DMC) under 150 r·min-1 of shear force, when the trapping capability could be 90% and  the dosage of PAC reach at 240 mg·L-1 with 6 of pH. When the dosage of CMTC was 1—2 mg·L-1, pH was 6, its trapping rate for Cu2+ could reach 80%—90%.
