摘要: 以Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O、AgNO3、Fe(NO3)3·9H2O为原料,NaOH为沉淀剂,H2O为溶剂,C2H5OH为还原剂,柠檬酸为表面活性剂,采用水热法制备出Fe掺杂Ag/ZnO复合纳米材料。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、SAED等测试手段对制备产物的物相结构、微观形貌等进行表征,以甲基橙为目标降解物研究了制备产物的光催化性能。结果表明,Ag以单质的形式存在于ZnO表面,Fe掺杂到 ZnO晶格中。Fe掺杂Ag/ZnO复合纳米材料在模拟日光下具有较高的光催化性能,在800 W氙灯照射下降解甲基橙150 min,甲基橙的降解率可达到99.4%,较Ag/ZnO提高了7.8%,较ZnO提高了38.2%。

Study on Preparation by Hydrothermal Method and Photocatalytic Activity of Fe-doped ZnO/Ag Nanocomposite

Abstract: Fe-doped Ag/ZnO nanocomposites were successfully synthesized by a hydrothermal method using Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O, AgNO3 ,and Fe(NO3)3·9H2O as raw materials,citric acid and NaOH as precipitating agent, deionized water as solvent,and C2H5OH as reductant. The microstructure and morphology of the products were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, and SAED. The photocatalytic activity of the products was investigated by degradation of methyl orange (MO). The results showed that Ag was loaded to the surface of ZnO and Fe was doped into the lattice of ZnO. Fe-doped Ag/ZnO nanocomposites exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity for degradation of MO under simulated sunlight irradiation and the degradation rate of MO solution was 99.4% under 800 W xenon lamp for 150 min, which increased 7.8% and 38.2% than that of Ag/ZnO and pure ZnO.
