ZnO/Ag纳米复合材料的硬脂酸改性

摘要:   以硬脂酸为表面活性剂对采用配合物沉淀法自制的ZnO/Ag纳米复合材料进行了表面改性。系统研究了硬脂酸浓度、用量和改性时间等因素对改性效果的影响,并通过亲油度、接触角、透射电镜、红外及紫外-可见光谱等测试手段,对改性前后的ZnO/Ag纳米复合材料进行了表征。结果表明,采用乙醇加热回流法,用硬脂酸改性ZnO/Ag纳米复合材料能够提高其疏水性及对可见光的吸收能力。硬脂酸改性ZnO/Ag纳米复合材料的优选工艺条件是,硬脂酸浓度为0.010 mol·L-1,添加量为10 %(质量分数),改性时间为60 min。改性后ZnO/Ag纳米复合材料的亲油度为76.47 %,接触角为107.8°,其疏水性明显优于未改性材料。

Surface Modification of ZnO/Ag Nanocomposites by Stearic Acid

Abstract: ZnO/Ag nanocomposite self-prepared by complexes precipitation method was modified by stearic acid. The effects of the amount and concentration of stearic acid and modified time on the modification results were systematically investigated. The unmodified and modified ZnO/Ag nanocomposites were characterized by the measurements of the lipophilic degree and contact angle, FT-IR, TEM and UV-Vis absorption spectra. The results show that the hot ethanol reflux is a kind of the optimizing modification method, the hydrophobicity of ZnO/Ag nanocomposites modified by stearic acid and the absorption activity of the visible light can be improved. The optimized technological conditions of ZnO/Ag nanocomposite modified by stearic acid were as follows: the stearic acid concentration is 0.010 mol ·L-1, the adding amount is 10wt % and the modified time is 60 min. The lipophilic degree and contact angle of the modified ZnO/Ag nanocomposite was 76.47 % and 107.8°, respectively. The hydrophobicity of ZnO/Ag nanocomposite modified by stearic acid is far better than that of the unmodified materials.
