Aspen Plus用户模型在离子膜制碱电解工艺中的模拟开发

摘要: 为满足离子膜制碱电解槽单元的工艺模拟,基于Aspen Plus V7.1平台,利用Excel 95模板初步对电解槽用户模型的开发进行了探索,选择了适用于该实际单元操作的计算模块和热力学方法。模拟结果表明,模拟值与工厂实际数据基本吻合,相对误差仅为0.25%,且该电解槽用户模型热负荷与实际电解电耗基本一致。这说明所用的建模方法、热力学模型以及有关参数是准确的,所建立的Excel用户模型可以较好地模拟实际电解槽的电解过程,可作为离子膜制碱电解工艺过程的设计基础,为装置的操作优化、设计、工艺改造与污染控制提供依据。

Simulation and Development of Ion-exchange Membrane Caustic Soda Electrolysis Process by DevelopingAspenPlus User Model

Abstract: In order to satisfy the simulation for the electrolytic tank unit of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda process, the user model was preliminarily explored, the calculative module and thermodynamic method which were applicable to the actual unit operation were selected based on Aspen Plus V7.1 platform and using Excel 95 template. The simulation results showed that the calculating results are basically consistent with the operating data of actual industry. The relative error is only 0.25% and the electrolytic user model heat load is basically the same with the actual electrolytic power consumption. It is indicated that the user model built in this article can be used as a design basis for the ion-exchange membrane caustic soda electrolysis process and is promising for providing reference for the operational optimization of the device, design, process improvement and pollution control.
