多孔介质内流体压降的数值模拟

 摘要: 在实验研究的基础上,应用流体力学分析软件Fluent 6.3对多孔介质孔道内流体流动进行了模拟。研究了进口气速、多孔介质长度、多孔介质孔隙率对孔道进出口压降的影响规律。研究结果表明,多孔介质长度较小时,压降与进口气速成直线关系,长度超过一定值,成二次函数关系;气速较小时,压降与多孔介质长度成直线关系,气速超过一定值,成二次函数关系;压降随孔隙率增大而降低,两者成三次函数关系;模拟值与实验值吻合良好,但模拟值普遍略低于实验值。

Numerical Simulation Research of Fluid Pressure Drop in Porous Media

Abstract: Fluid flow of porous media was simulated by using Computational Fluid Dynamics code Fluent 6.3 based on the experimental study. And  the relations between duct pressure drop and inlet gas-velocity, porous medium length, porosity were researched. The results showed that when the porous medium length was small, the relation between pressure drop and inlet gas-velocity was linear, but when the porous medium length was enough, the relation between them was quadratic function. When the inlet gas-velocity was small, the relation between pressure drop and porous medium length was linear, but when the porous medium length was enough, the relation between them was quadratic function. The pressure drop reduced with increasing porosity and the relation between them was cubic function. The simulation data agreed with the experimental data, but the simulation data were generally smaller  than the experimental data.
