摘要: 采用单因素和星点设计-效应面法对景藿分散片的处方工艺进行筛选优化,并对该结果进行验证。 优化处方中微晶纤维系(MCC)的用量为主药量的1.1倍,羟甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na)的用量为主药量的0.35倍,低取代羧丙基纤维素(L-HPC)的用量为主药量的0.19倍,压力为4 kN,润湿剂为蒸馏水。结果表明,采用单因素和星点设计-效应面法建立的模型可用于景藿分散片的制备工艺的优化,所建立的数学模型具有准确的预测性。

Optimization of Jinghuo Tablets Formulation by Central Composite Design-response Surface Methodology

Abstract: The formulation of Jinghuo dispersible tablets was optimized by single factor and central composite design-response surface methodology, optimized results were validated. The optimizing parameters were obtained as follows:1.1 times MCC, 0.35 times CMS-Na, 0.19 times L-HPC,pressure 4 kN,distilled water as the wetting agent.Model developed by single factor and central composite design-response surface methodology can be used for the optimization of Jinghuo dispersible tablets formulation .Established model deliver predictive accuracy.
