热解法制备石墨烯的工艺条件优化

摘要: 探讨热解还原法制备石墨烯的工艺条件对石墨烯性能的影响。通过FT-IR、XRD对不同热解时间及不同水洗条件下制备的石墨烯进行了表征,利用四探针测试系统研究了不同石墨烯的电性能。结果表明:随着热解时间的延长,石墨烯的导电性增加,热解时间为40 min时制备的石墨烯有很高的导电性,电阻率为0.01 Ω·cm;热解时间较短的石墨烯带有一部分极性基团,在二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中有很好的分散性。水洗条件对热解法制石墨烯性能影响不大,因此可以省略水洗步骤,提高石墨烯制备效率。

Processing Optimization of Graphene Prepared by Thermal Reduction

Abstract:The pyrolysis reduction process of graphene was discussed in this article. The structure of graphene prepared with different pyrolysis times and washing conditions were characterized by FTIR spectrum and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Four Point Probe Measuring System was used to measure the electrical properties of graphene. The results showed that: Graphene prepared with pyrolysis time of 30 s and 5 min dispersed well in dimethylformamide (DMF). The conductivity of graphene increased with pyrolysis time, however, the dispersity decreased. The resistivity of graphene reached 0.01 Ω·cm when thermally post-treated for 40 min. Whether or not GO was washed with deionized water had little effect on the structure and electric properties of graphene.
