摘要: 传统的热压金刚石钻头胎体材料以单质金属粉为主,钻头的性能受到一定的制约,胎体包镶金刚石的牢固度较低,钻进指标不理想,而且热压温度偏高、压力偏大。采用预合金粉作为胎体材料,进行了热压金刚石钻头胎体材料的试验与研究。研究采用6因素混料回归试验设计方法,对试验胎块进行了硬度和耐磨性测试,并和对应的单质金属粉胎体性能进行了对比。实验结果表明,预合金粉胎体比单金属粉胎体耐磨性提高,磨损量降低了约53 mg,硬度提高了约HRB 6.5;6因素混料回归试验设计方法有利于宏观掌握胎体成分变化对胎体性能的影响。

Performance of Diamond Bit Matrix Fabricated by Pre-alloyed Powder Materials

Abstract: As the matrix of traditional hot-pressed diamond bit is mainly composed of a variety of pure metal powders, bit performance is subject to certain constraints which not only result in low diamond embedding strength and unsatisfactory drilling results but also cause high hot-pressing temperature and pressure. Experimental study has been performed in this paper on matrix materials of hot-pressed diamond bit by using pre-alloyed powders as matrix material. Mixture regression with six-factor was used as the experimental design method. The hardness and wear resistance of sample matrix were tested and compared with that made by pure metal powders. The results indicate that the amount of wear of pre-alloyed powder matrix decreased 53 mg and the hardness of which increased HRB 6.5. Mixture regression with six-factor method is conductive to grasp the macro performance of matrix with its composition changed.
