摘要: 采用动态硫化法制备了乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)/氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)共混型热塑性硫化胶(TPV),通过在树脂相中HDPE与EVA的复合实现体系的增强,对其力学性能、断面微观结构及结晶行为进行了系统研究。结果表明,对于EVA/CM共混型TPV,当HDPE质量分数在0~20 %的范围内,其动态硫化产物均表现出TPE的特征;随着树脂相中HDPE用量的提高,体系的拉伸强度、撕裂强度趋于显著提高,断裂伸长率与扯断永久形变趋于下降;FE-SEM的观察表明,动态硫化TPV的拉伸断面较平坦,且有微量纤维束,在刻蚀样品的表面均匀分散着CM硫化胶粒子,其平均尺寸为2 μm左右;XRD的研究表明,随着HDPE含量的增加,TPV中结晶衍射峰强度增加,晶粒尺寸明显变大。

Reinforcement Research of Ethylene-vinyl Acetate Copolymer/Chlorinated Polyethylene Thermoplastic Vulcanizate

Abstract: he Ethylene-vinyl Acetate Copolymer (EVA)/Chlorinated Polyethylene (CM) thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) were prepared by dynamic vulcanization and were reinforced by filling HDPE resin, the mechanical properties, morphology and crystallization behavior of the dynamically vulcanized EVA/CM blends were investigated. The results showed that the series dynamically vulcanized EVA/HDPE/CM blends showed the elastomer behavior when the HDPE content was in the range of 0-20% in the resin phase. With the increase of HDPE content, the tensile strength and tearing strength were increased obviously, while the elongation at break and tensile set at break were decreased. The fracture surfaces of the EVA/CM and EVA/HDPE/CM TPV showed the well interface interaction and the strong elasticity. The vulcanized CM particles with the average diameter of2 mmor so were dispersed evenly on the surface of etched TPV. The XRD patterns showed that the intensity of diffraction peaks of EVA and HDPE crystals in TPV was increased with the increase of HDPE content and the grain size.
