摘要: 对Q460E-Z35钢进行了温度场和应力场的三维数值模拟。模拟结果验证了当钢材与所选的焊材匹配时,不产生裂纹的最低预热温度为150 ℃,提高预热温度可以更好地提高焊接材料的抗裂性。模拟结果对Q460E-Z35钢焊缝抗裂纹的能力、焊接接头的使用性能以及焊接接头抗脆性断裂的优化设计具有指导意义。

Numerical Simulation on Heat Transfer in Q460E-Z35 Steel Welding Process

Abstract: In this paper, the three-dimensional temperature and stress field of Q460E-Z35 steel is simulated. The results show that the minimum preheating temperature of no crack is 150 ℃ and increasing the preheating temperature can improve the crack resistance of the welding material When the steel is matched with the selected welding materials. The simulation result has guiding significance for improving the weld crack resistance ability, welded joints performance and welded joints brittle fracture resistance ability of Q460E-Z35 steel.
