生物柴油生产过程的模型预测控制

 摘要: 为了解决生物柴油生产过程中所具有的多步化学反应,复杂的能量和物料守恒以及强非线性对控制器设计的不利影响,本研究在经过验证的动力学模型基础上,采用模型预测控制算法进行仿真研究,给出了相应的实验结果,仿真结果证明模型预测控制算法应用在生物柴油生产过程是可行的。

 Model Predictive Control of Biodiesel Production Process

 Abstract: Biodiesel, produced from natural oils with low-carbon alcohol by transesterification, is an environmentally friendly alternative fuel. However, many challenges have to be faced when to design a controller because of biodiesel transesterification reactors involve multi-step chemical reactions, complex energy and material conservation and high nonlinearity. In this paper, a model predictive control strategy is considered based on a rigorous mechanistic model of the biodiesel transesterification reactor was developed with published experimental results. Finally, the the corresponding experimental results are given, The results show the feasibility of the application of model predictive control algorithm in the biodiesel production process.
