反式异戊橡胶釜内合金在全钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用研究

 摘要: 考察了反式异戊橡胶釜内合金(TPIR)在全钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中与天然橡胶(NR)并用后的物理机械性能和动态性能,并用橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)模拟了硫化胶热氧老化实验。结果表明:与NR相比,TPIR/NR并用胶100%、300%定伸应力增大,抗拉伸形变能力提高,拉伸强度和撕裂强度与NR持平,耐磨性明显提高;并用胶的疲劳生热与NR相差不大,抗压缩变形能力提高;TPIR/NR(m(TPIR)∶m(NR)=10∶90)能较好地平衡滚动阻力和抗湿滑性的关系,符合理想胎面胶料的要求;随TPIR含量增加,并用胶的耐热氧老化性能逐渐提高,TPIR/NR(m(TPIR)∶m(NR)=20∶80)并用胶的耐老化性好于NR。

Tread Stocks for Whole Steel Radial Tires

 Abstract: Mechanical and dynamic performance of TPIR/NR blends in whole steel radial tires were investigated, rubber processing analyzer RPA simulated the aging experiment. The results showed that the modulus at 100% and 300%, and tensile deformation capability improved with the amount of TPIR increasing. Tensile and tear strength had no difference compared with NR.TPIR/NR(10/90) blends had a better wear resistance, lower heat performance, and better balance of rolling and wet resistance, while TPIR/NR(20/80) blends had a better anti-oxidation capability at high temperature.
