摘要: 采用石墨烯作为敏感膜,提高了电化学传感器检测柠檬黄的灵敏度和速度。优化了检测条件:pH 5.0 的磷酸盐缓冲溶液作为测定缓冲溶液,石墨烯用量为0.5 mg·mL-1 5μL,富集电位和时间分别为0.6 V 和2 min。在最佳条件下,检测柠檬黄的线性范围为0.05 ~0.5 μg·mL-1,检测限为0.04 μg·mL-1。应用新的传感器成功地检测了饮料中的柠檬黄,并对其结果与高效液相色谱法进行了比较。

Electrochemical Detection of Lemon Yellow in Drink Based on Enhancement Effect of Graphene

Abstract: Herein, an electrochemical sensor using graphene as the sensing film was used to detect lemon yellow sensitively and quickly. The detection conditions such as pH, amount of graphene, accumulation potential and time were optimized. Under the optimum conditions of using phosphate solution (pH= 5.0) as detection buffer, amount of graphene 0.5 mg·mL-1 5 μL, accumulation potential 0.6 V and time 2 min, the linear range was 0.05 μg·mL-1 to 0.5 μg·mL-1, the limit of detection was 0.04 μg·mL-1. Finally, the new sensor was successful employed to detect lemon yellow in drink, and the results were compared with those obtained by high-performance liquid chromatography.
