SO2-4/MxOy型固体超强酸的制备及应用

 摘要: 采用沉淀-浸渍法制备了SO2-4/ZrO2和SO2-4/TiO2两种SO2-4/MxOy型固体超强酸催化剂。考察了H2SO4浸渍浓度和焙烧温度对催化剂性能的影响,运用红外光谱仪分析了催化剂的分子结构。研究结果表明,所制备催化剂的酸中心与目标结构表征吻合,该催化剂能有效地催化甲缩醛与醇的甲氧基甲基化(MOM)反应。此外,醇的空间结构对产物的收率影响较大。

 Preparation and Catalysis of SO2-4/MxOy Solid Superacid

 Abstract: Two kinds of sulfated metal oxides SO2-4/TiO2 and SO2-4/ZrO2 were prepared using precipitation-immersing method. The influence of the preparation conditions on the catalytic activity, including immersing concentration of H2SO4 and calcinations temperature was investigated. The structures of the catalyst were confirmed by IR spectrometry. The catalyst of sulfated metal oxides effectively catalyzed the methoxymethylation(MOM) of alcohols with dimethoxymethane at lower temperature. This reaction displayed a significant steric effect on the MOM product yields.
