摘要: 采用离子交换法制备了苯丁酸氮芥(CHL)-层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs)纳米杂化物,并用XRD、FT-IR和TEM进行了表征,其载药量分别为3.8%和11.5%。分别在pH 4.8和7.2的介质中研究了药物释放动力学,表明所制备的CHL-LDHs纳米杂化物具有明显的缓释效果,且pH 7.2时苯丁酸氮芥从纳米杂化物中的释放速率明显低于pH 4.8时的释放速率,释放动力学过程符合准二级动力学方程。表明CHL-LDHs是有发展潜力的新型药物控释体系。

Preparation and Property of Chlorambucil-LDHs Nanohybrids

Abstract: Chlorambucil-LDHs nanohybrids were prepared by an ion-exchange method, and were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, and TEM. The loaded chlorambucil in the nanohybrids was up to 3.8% and 11.5% in weight. The release kinetics of chlorambucil from the nanohybrids was investigated at pH 4.8 and 7.2 buffer solutions, respectively. The in vitro drug release from the nanohybrids was remarkably lower than that from the corresponding physical mixture. The release rate of chlorambucil from the nanohybrids at pH 7.2 buffer solution is remarkably lower than that at pH 4.8 buffer solution, and the release processes may fit the pseudo-second-order release kinetics, indicating that the nanohybrids can control the release of chlorambucil. The drug-nanohybrids, thus, can be considered as a potential drug-delivery system.
