基于电荷感应原理的粉尘含量在线检测仪设计

 摘要:  粉尘质量含量测量属气固两相流范畴,由于多相流固有的复杂性,电荷检测的灵敏度差等特点,使得其成为困难的测量领域,本研究设计了一套新型的粉尘含量在线检测仪器。该仪器利用电荷感应微粒流动来检测粉尘含量,通过信号的变送、传输,从而实现实时在线检测的目的,可以广泛应用于工业尾气的粉尘含量检测中。较好地解决了现今粉尘检测技术精度低、时效差,维护难等问题。

 Design of Dust Contents Online Detector Based on Charge Induction Principle

 Abstract: The measurement of dust contents belongs to gas-solid two-phase flow field. It is a difficult measurement field due to the inherent complexity of multiphase flow and poor charge detection sensitivity.This paper designs a new online detection instrument of the dust content. The instrument utilizes the charge induction of particles flow to detect the dust content, and achieves the purpose of real-time online detection through the transmission of the signal. It can be widely used in dust contents detection of industrial exhaust gas. The use of charge induction technology to measure the dust contents completely solves the difficult issues such as low accuracy, poor time-effect and difficult to maintain, etc.
