三孔捻接腔流场分析

摘要: 利用UG软件进行三维建模,通过Fluent软件对空气捻接器三孔捻接腔的流场进行分析,得到了三孔捻接腔内气流最大切向速度对应的具体位置。结果表明,捻接腔进气孔对应位置处的切向速度最大,方向相反。在捻接腔中心平面上,切向速度基本重合,最大切向速度在捻接腔轴向方向中心处。为进一步分析三孔捻接器的进气口与退捻腔的最优夹角提供了理论基础,同时对提高捻接腔设计质量具有一定意义。

 Flow Field Analysis for Three Hole Splicing Chamber

Abstract: In the paper,a splicer 3D model was created by using UG software,the air flow in the three hole splicing chamber was analyzed by Fluent software,  and then the specific location of the maximum tangential velocity in the three hole splicing chamber was obtained. The results showed that the tangential velocities at air inlets were the largest,and the airflow directions were opposite.The tangential velocities were almost overlapped on the central plane of splicing chamber, and the central of splicing chamber had the maximum tangential velocity. The research results provide theory foundation for analysis of the optimal angle between air inlet and untwisting chamber of the splicing chamber, and is valuable for improving the design quality of splicing chamber.
