氯化聚乙烯/丁腈橡胶共混胶的屈挠性能

 摘要: 采用氯化聚乙烯/丁腈橡胶(CM/NBR)共混质量比为60∶40的共混胶,利用配方优化设计方法,研究了亚乙级硫脲/二硫化四甲基秋兰姆(NA-22/TMTD)、过氧化二异丙苯/硫磺(DCP/S)硫化体系以及补强填充体系对共混胶屈挠性能的影响。结果表明,采用NA-22/TMTD硫化体系的硫化胶具有较好的屈挠性能,用量为1.5份/1.2份时,1级裂口屈挠次数可达10万次;DCP/S用量为0.58份/0.92份时,屈挠性较好,1级裂口屈挠次数达到2万次;不同粒径补强炭黑(N550,N330,N220),粒径最小的N220具有较好的屈挠性能,随着粒径增加,屈挠性能变差;填充纳米碳酸钙时,1级裂口屈挠次数达到5万次,比其他填充剂屈挠性好。

Flex Properties of Chlorinated Polyethylene/Nitrile Rubber Blends

Abstract:In this paper, the impact of ethylenethiourea(NA-22)/tetramethyl thiuram disulfide (TMTD),dicumyl peroxide/sulphur(DCP/S) curing system and filling system on flex properties of chlorinated polyethylene/nitrile rubber (CM/NBR) blends were studied using the optimized formula design. The results showed that, the flex fatigue life of CM/NBR blends using the NA-22/TMTD curing system was better. The times of first order crack growth reached 100 000 when NA-22 and TMTD contents were 1.5 phr and 1.2 phr, respectively. The flex property was improved when the blends were filled with carbon black N220, the larger the carbon black size, the worse the flex property. In addition, CM/NBR blends filled with nano-CaCO3 also had a good fatigue resistant characteristic with the times of first order crack of 50 000.
