摘要: 以NH4HCO3溶液为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备了前驱体,在氩气气氛中1 200 ℃煅烧3 h合成了Y2.94-xCexPr0.06Al5O12(YAG:Ce, Pr)粉体。利用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜、荧光光谱仪对样品的结构、形貌及发光性能进行了表征。结果表明,所得粉体为体心立方相Y3Al5O12:Ce, Pr,粉体颗粒团聚成珊瑚虫形,YAG:Ce, Pr粉体的激发光谱有3个激发带,峰值分别位于290,342和450~470 nm处。用290 nm的紫外线激发YAG:Ce, Pr粉体,出现了4个发射带,峰值分别位于386 nm(Pr3+的4f15d1→3F3, 3F4跃迁),489 nm(Pr3+的3P0→3H4跃迁),535 nm(Ce3+的4f05d1→2F7/2,2F5/2跃迁)和612 nm(Pr3+的1D2→3H4跃迁)。而用460 nm的蓝光激发YAG:Ce, Pr粉体,则出现2个发射带,峰值分别位于535 nm(Ce3+的4f05d1→2F7/2,2F5/2跃迁)和612 nm(Pr3+的1D2→3H4跃迁)。对YAG:Ce, Pr中Ce3+与Pr3+之间发生的能量转移进行了讨论。

Preparation and Luminescent Properties of YAG:Ce, Pr Powders

Abstract: The precursor was prepared via a co-precipitation method using NH4HCO3 solution as the precipitator. Then, Y2.94-xCexPr0.06Al5O12 (YAG:Ce, Pr) powders were obtained by calcining the precursor at 1 200 ℃ for 3 hours in argon atmosphere. The structure, morphology and luminescent properties of the powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and photoluminescence method. The as-calcined powder is a body-center cubic YAG:Ce, Pr phase. The YAG:Ce, Pr particles were agglomerated and coral-like in shape. The excitation spectra of YAG:Ce, Pr powders consist of three excitation bands at 290 nm, 342 nm and 450~470 nm, respectively. When excited with a ultraviolet light of 290 nm, the YAG:Ce, Pr powders showed four emission bands at 386 nm (4f15d1→3F3, 3F4 transitions of Pr3+), 489 nm (3P0→3H4 transition of Pr3+), 535 nm (4f05d1→2F7/2, 2F5/2 transitions of Ce3+) and 612 nm (1D2→3H4 transition of Pr3+). However, when excited with a blue light of 460 nm, the YAG:Ce, Pr powders showed two emission bands at 535 nm (4f05d1→2F7/2, 2F5/2 transitions of Ce3+) and 612 nm (1D2→3H4 transition of Pr3+). The energy transfer between Ce3+ and Pr3+ in YAG:Ce, Pr powders has been discussed.
