轮胎成型设备故障诊断技术研究

 摘要: 轮胎成型设备故障诊断技术的发展可为设备维修管理提供依据,保障生产正常运行、防止突发事故、节约维修成本,提高产品质量和产量,降低成本。故障诊断是一门独立的跨学科的综合信息处理技术。本研究结合成型设备的工艺结构和电气系统组成特点探析可用于成型设备的基于控制器的自诊断技术和基于专家系统的智能诊断技术。分析了目前在成型机上应用故障诊断技术存在的突出问题,通过分析指出,引入跨学科的理论和技术,把先进的理论与实践应用相结合,可以进一步完善目前的技术,指出依据行业发展在成型设备上应用故障诊断技术是今后主要的发展方向。

Study on Tire Building Machine Fault Diagnosis Technology

Abstract: The development of fault diagnosis technology can provide the base of equipment maintenance management for tire building machine, protect the running of production, prevent incidents, reduce maintenance cost, improve product quality and quantity, thus reduce costs. It is a comprehensive information processing technology, by process structure and electrical system characteristics studying tire building machine fault diagnosis technology based on controller self-diagnosis and expert intelligent diagnosis technology. The application problem of tire building machine fault diagnosis technology is analyzed. By introduction of interdisciplinary theory, combination theory and practice, the present technology can be improved. On the base of the industry development, the application of fault diagnosis technology on tire building machine is the main direction of the development.
