吸油膨胀橡胶的制备及其性能研究

 摘要:  研究不同门尼黏度的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的并用比、硫黄用量、过氧化物用量及石蜡油用量对硫化橡胶物理机械性能及吸油膨胀率的影响。结果表明:EPDM4703与EPDMx4010硫化胶的吸油率差别不大,EPDM4703的物理力学性能相对较好。随硫黄和过氧化物用量的增加,硫化胶的吸油率均变小,硬度、拉伸强度、定伸应力递增,拉断伸长率降低。石蜡油的加入会明显改善硫化胶的吸油膨胀率,但其力学性能呈下降趋势。

 Preparation and Properties Research of Oil-absorbing Rubber

Abstract: The effects of the EPDMx4010/EPDM4703 blending ratio,the addition level of sulfur,peroxide vulcanizing agent and the paraffin oil on the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizate and the oil  absorption ratio were investigated. The results showed that the oil  absorption ratios of EPDM4703 and EPDMx4010 vulcanizates are not very different, while the physical and mechanical properties of EPDM4703 are relatively good. With the increase of the content of sulfur and peroxide, the oil absorption rate decreased; the hardness, tensile strength, and modulus increased. However, elongation at break decreased. The oil  absorption ratio will be significantly improved by the addition of paraffin oil, but the mechanical properties of vulcanizates decreased.
