YPxV1-xO4:Eu纳米颗粒的水热法制备与表征

 摘要:采用水热法制备了YPxV1-xO4:Eu纳米颗粒,所得粉体用XRD、TEM和光致发光等方法进行了表征。同时,研究了磷元素与钒元素的物质的量的比对粉体发光性能的影响。结果表明:YPxV1-xO4:Eu纳米颗粒属于四方晶相,颗粒尺寸在30 nm左右;磷元素与钒元素的物质的量的比影响Y0.98Eu0.02PxV1-xO4(x=0,0.25,0.50,0.75)粉体的发光性能。

Preparation by Hydrothermal Method and Characterization of YPxV1-xO4:Eu Nanoparticles

 Abstract:YPxV1-xO4:Eu nanoparticles have been prepared by means of a hydrothermal method. The as-synthesized powders were characterized by XRD,TEM and photoluminescence. The influence of the molar ratio of P element to V element on their luminescent properties was also investigated. The results show that the YPxV1-xO4:Eu nanoparticles belong to tetragonal phase,and that the particle size is about 30 nm. The molar ratio of P element to V element of Y0.98Eu0.02PxV1-xO4 (x=0,0.25,0.50,0.75) powders has an effect on their luminescent properties.
