摘要: 激光全息光刻技术近几年被成功应用于光子晶体微结构模板的制作上。本研究主要运用激光全息干涉原理,通过计算机对多束激光相干产生的空间干涉光场结构进行数值模拟,归纳总结相干激光束的光学参数对于干涉光学晶格的影响及变化规律,这对实验制作不同对称结构的光子晶体提供了依据。

Numerical Simulation of Optical Lattice Using Holographic Interference

Abstract:It has been reported that photonic crystals were fabricated successfully using holographic lithography method. In this paper, lattices produced by multi-beam interference were calculated and simulated. By changing optical parameters of laser beams,varies different lattice structures can be obtained. The theoretical analysis and numerical simulations provide a guide for selecting proper interference parameters for fabricating needed band gap materials.
