摘要: 采用不同的陶瓷粘合剂制备了以Li4SiO4颗粒为主体的3种不同类型的吸附剂。在流化床反应器(内径0.03 m)内,分别以N2和混合气(体积分数:空气85 %,CO2 15 %)为气相,对吸附剂的最小流化速度和转化率进行了系统研究。并应用计算流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent 6.2,采用欧拉多相模型,对吸附剂转化率进行了模拟计算。

Preparation and Adsorptivity of New Carbon Dioxide Sorbents in a Gas-solid Fluidized Bed

Abstract: Three Li4SiO4 sorbents were produced using different ceramic sol binders. The minimum fluidization velocity and conversion of novel sorbents were systemically investigated using N2 and synthetic gas (85% (volume fraction) air and 15% (volume fraction) CO2 ) as gas phase in a fluidized bed reactor (internal diameter, 0.03 m). The CFD code Fluent 6.2 was developed to simulate the conversion of novel sorbents using Euler multiphase model.
