摘要: 研究了25%甲氰·螺螨酯水乳剂的制备方法。以起始外观、冷藏\[(0±2)℃,14 d\]外观、热贮\[(54±2)℃,14 d\]外观合格和流动性好为标准,采用阴离子与非离子复配系列乳化剂的方法,确定了最佳的乳化剂体系,并对助乳化剂体系进行了筛选,确定了25%甲氰·螺螨酯水乳剂的最佳配方。其性能测试与药效试验表明,25%甲氰·螺螨酯水乳剂优于25%螺螨酯乳油。

Preparation of 25% Fenpropathrin·Spirodiclofen Emulsion in Water

Abstract: The method for preparing 25%fenpropathrin·spirodiclofen emulsion in water(EW) was introduced. Based on the initial appearance, cold storage \[(0 ± 2)℃,7 d\] appearance, heat storage \[(54±2) ℃, 14 d\] appearance and flowability, the optimum emulsifier system was determined by optimizing the formulation of anionic and non-ionic emulsifiers. The selection of co-emulsifier system was also examined and the optimum formulation of 25% fenpropathrin·spirodiclofen EW was determined. The results of properties test and efficacy test showed that the efficacy of 25% fenpropathrin·spirodiclofen EW was better than that of 25% spirodiclofen EC.
