摘要: 采用改进后的傅-克(Friedel-Crafts)酰基化反应,分别用4-溴苯甲酰氯、对苯二甲酰氯、间苯二甲酰氯和1,3,5-三-苯甲酰氯与溴苯反应,成功制备了4,4′-二溴二苯甲酮、1,4-双-(4′-溴苯酰基)苯、1,3-双-(4′-溴苯酰基)苯和1,3,5-三-(4′-溴苯酰基)苯4种溴化芳香酮。其化学结构通过FT-IR、1H MNR、MS和元素分析进行表征,表征结果与目标产物相一致。通过DSC对化合物的熔点进行了测定。

Synthesis and Characterization of Aromatic Bromide Ketones

Abstract: 4,4′-Bis-benzoyl benzene ketone, 1,4-bis-(4′-bromobenzoyl)benzene, 1,3-bis-(4′-bromobenzoyl)benzene and 1,3,5-tri-(4′-bromobenzoyl)benzene were synthesized by modified Friedel-Crafts benzoylation reaction with aluminum chloride as catalyst. The strcture were characterized by means of FT-IR, 1H MNR, MS and elemental analysis, and the results showed an agreement with the proposed structure. The melt temperatures were tested through differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
