氧化纳米碳球对输送带胶料性能的影响

摘要: 以天然橡胶(CV-60)并用丁苯橡胶(SBR1500)的输送带基础配方为研究对象,加入氧化纳米碳球(carbon nano onions, CNOs)制备输送带覆盖胶胶料,分别探究了氧化纳米碳球对覆盖胶胶料的硫化特性、物理机械性能、填料分散性能、动态力学性能、疏水性能以及磨耗性能的影响。结果表明:氧化纳米碳球与炭黑并用时,增加了胶料的焦烧时间,改善了胶料的加工安全性;同时氧化纳米碳球的引入提高了胶料的疏水性,可以降低输送带的低黏附性;其中2份氧化纳米碳球与炭黑并用时,覆盖胶具有最好的拉伸强度、最高的耐磨性能以及最低的滚动阻力,因此氧化纳米碳球杂化炭黑可以制备低滚动阻力耐磨疏水输送带胶料。

Effect of Carbon Nano Onions on Properties of Conveyor Belt Adhesive

Abstract: In this work, natural rubber (CV-60) and styrene butadiene rubber (SBR1500) was used as the matrix. Carbon nano onions (CNOs) was added to prepare compounds. The curing properties, physical and mechanical properties, filler dispersity, dynamic mechanical property, hydrophobic property and abrasion resistance of CB/CNOs composites were investigated. The results showed that the scorch time of the vulcanized rubber increased, and the processing safety of the compound was improved when CNOs were combined with carbon black. The CNOs improved the hydrophobicity of the adhesive and reduced the adhesion of the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt has the best tensile strength, the highest wear resistance and the lowest rolling resistance when 2 phr CNOs are mixed with carbon black. The CNOs combined with carbon black can be used to prepare low rolling resistance, wear resistant, hydrophobic conveyor belt adhesive.
