反蛋白石型黑TiO2光子晶体的制备与光催化性能

摘要: 采用硬模板法制备了反蛋白石型TiO2光子晶体,对其氢化处理后得到黑TiO2光子晶体(H-IO TiO2)。通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱分析等手段,确定了H-IO TiO2表面存在大量Ti3+O空位缺陷,导致吸收光谱的红移。催化剂的光催化活性采用有机染料的光催化降解来评价。发现染料罗丹明BRhB)的降解符合拟一级动力学,H-IO TiO2表现出最强的光催化活性(速率常数0033 min-1),分别是是未热处理催化剂TiO2(速率常数0014 min-1)和空气热处理催化剂(速率常数0028 min-1)活性的2412倍。自由基淬灭实验证实:H-IO TiO2在光照下能够产生更多的活性氧化基团,特别是·O-2·OH自由基;证实了H-IO TiO2表面缺陷的存在可以显著加速表面氧还原过程,最终体现为样品光催化活性的显著提升。

Abstract: In this research, the TiO2 photonic crystal with reverse opal structure was prepared by a hard template method, and then was hydrogenated to obtain the black TiO2 photonic crystal (H-IO TiO2). From some characterizations including X-ray diffraction patterns, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, a large number of Ti3+ ions and O vacancy defects were found on the surface of H-IO TiO2, which can result in an obvious red shift of the absorption spectrum. The photocatalytic activity of the catalyst was evaluated by the photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes. It was found that the degradation of dye rhodamine B (RhB) accorded with the pseudo first-order kinetics, and H-IO TiO2 showed the strongest photocatalytic activity (0033 min-1 for the rate constant), which was 24 and 12 times of untreated TiO2 (0014 min-1 for the rate constant) and air heat-treated catalyst (0028 min-1 for the rate constant), respectively. Free radical quenching experiments showed that more oxidizing species could be produced by H-IO TiO2 under light, especially ·O-2 and ·OH radicals. In addition, it was also proved that the existence of surface defects in H-IO TiO2 could significantly accelerate the oxygen reduction process. As a result, the photocatalytic activity of H-IO TiO2 was greatly improved.
