通过氢键调节钙钛矿结晶制备高性能的太阳能电池

摘要: 为了调节钙钛矿薄膜的结晶动力学,降低其缺陷浓度,六氟磷酸甲胺(MAPF6)作为添加剂被引入钙钛矿前驱体溶液。傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)和稳态发光(PL)光谱表明MAPF6和钙钛矿之间存在氢键作用。通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和空间电荷限制电流(SCLC)等表征发现,引入MAPF6之后,钙钛矿薄膜的晶粒尺寸变大,结晶度提高,缺陷浓度降低。最终,加入添加剂的器件效率得到提升,从2077%(参比器件)提升至2245%

Modulation of Perovskite Crystallization Using Hydrogen

Bonding for High-Performance Solar Cells

Abstract: In order to modulate the crystallization kinetics of perovskite film and reduce its defect density, methylamine hexafluorophosphorate (MAPF6) as an additive was introduced into the perovskite precursor solution. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and steady-state luminescence (PL) spectra showed that there was hydrogen bonding between MAPF6 and perovskite. By conducting X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and space charge limited current (SCLC) characterizations, we found that the introduction of MAPF6 increased the grain size and crystallinity, and reduced defect density of perovskite film. As a result, the efficiency of MAPF6-treated device was greatly improved from 2077% (reference device) to 2245%.
