摘 要:设计并合成了一种含偶氮苯的季铵盐表面活性剂,用于通过静电络合法制备光响应 性那曲肝素离子复合物。在偶氮苯光致异构化的帮助下,得到的那曲肝素材料在室温下可进 行有序晶体和无序流体之间的可逆相变。与晶体态相比,无序流体的形成可以有效地提高那 曲肝素在水溶液中的溶解度,从而使得那曲肝素分子的光控释放成为可能。这种肝素释放系 统具有良好的生物相容性,在体外和体内的生物学研究中都能进行可控光响应性抗凝作用, 证实了其潜在的临床价值。本研究为光调控抗凝血剂的发展提供了新的设计策略,也为基于 生物分子的光响应药物和生物医学材料的开发提供了新的选择。

Photoresponsive Nadroparin Material for Controllable Anticoagulation Therapy

Abstract:In this study, an azobenzene-containing ammonium surfactant is designed and syn⁃ thesized for the fabrication of photoresponsive nadroparin material through an electrostatic inter⁃ action. Under the assistance of photoinduced isomerization of azobenzene, the obtained nad⁃ roparin material exhibits perature. The formation of isotropic liquid state can effectively improve the dissolving of nadroparin in aqueous condition, which realizes the controllable release of free nadroparin molecules. With good biocompatibility, such a heparin-releasing system addresses photoresponsive anticoagulation in the both in vitro and in vivo studies, con⁃ firming its great potential clinical values. This work provides a new designing strategy for gain⁃ ing photoresponsive anticoagulant drugs, also opening new opportunities for the development of photoresponsive drugs and biomedical materials based on biomolecules.
