摘 要:将可降解半结晶聚合物聚己内酯(PCL)与天然淀粉(St)共混制备了全生物降解薄 膜。为提高 PCL 与淀粉的相容性,采用球磨法,制备脂肪酸淀粉酯(FASE),然后将不同比例 的 FASE、St 和 PCL 熔融共混,并通过溶液法制备薄膜,对其物理力学性能和微观形貌进行了 表征。结果表明,通过调整淀粉与癸酰氯的比例,可以影响 FASE 的取代度;当淀粉/癸酰氯物 质的量比为 1∶9 时,FASE 的取代度最高,达到了 0. 50。相比于纯淀粉填充薄膜,PCL/FASE30/St-20 薄膜的力学性能最佳,拉伸强度达到 22 MPa 以上,断裂伸长率维持在 200% 以上,屈 服强度达到了 13. 5 MPa。

Preparation of Fatty Acid Starch Ester and Its Application in Polycaprolactone Packaging Films

Abstract:Polycaprolactone (PCL) is a new generation of biomass-derived and degradable semi-crystalline polymer with excellent comprehensive properties. In this study, a fully biode‑ gradable film was prepared by blending PCL with starch (St). In order to improve the compat‑ ibility of PCL and starch, fatty acid starch ester (FASE) was prepared by ball milling method, and then FASE, St and PCL were fused and blended in different proportions, and the films were prepared by solution method. The physical and mechanical properties and microstructure of the films were characterized. The results showed that the degree of substitution of FASE could be affected by adjusting the ratio of starch to decanoyl chloride. When the St/decanoyl chloride mass ratio was 1∶9, the degree of FASE substitution was the highest with 0. 50. Compared with the pure starch filled film, the mechanical properties of PCL/FASE-30/St-20 film are the best, the tensile strength was more than 22 MPa, the elongation at break is more than 200%, and the yield strength is 13. 5 MPa.
