摘 要:顺丁橡胶后处理装置运行过程中,装置的胶量状态是否正常对装置安全性至关重要。 装置中胶量太少、断胶、堵胶都会导致螺杆输送器空搅,容易引发生产安全事故。为提高装置 的安全性,本工作基于图像识别技术,开发了一种顺丁后处理装置的安全预警系统。通过对 顺丁后处理装置中水洗槽、料斗工位的胶料图像进行图像识别对胶量状态进行监测,利用线 激光传感器结合图像识别方法计算振分筛工位的胶料体积,实现系统对产线状态的自动识 别,并能识别出装置缺料状态,对系统异常状态进行提前预警。

A Safety Warning System for Post-Processing Equipment of cis-1,4-Polybutadiene Rubber Based on Image Recognition

Abstract:During the operation of the cis‑1,4‑polybutadiene rubber post‑treatment device, the normal status of rubber quantity is crucial to the safety of the equipment. Insufficient rubber, rubber breakage or blockage in the device will lead to idling of the screw conveyor, which is likely to cause production safety accidents. To improve the safety of the device, this paper develops a safety early warning system for the cis‑butadiene rubber post‑treatment device based on image recognition technology. The system monitors the rubber quantity status by perform‑ ing image recognition on rubber images at the water washing tank and hopper stations of the post‑treatment device, calculates the rubber volume at the vibrating screening station by combining laser sensors with image recognition methods, realizes automatic recognition of the pro‑ duction line status, identifies the material shortage status of the device, and issues advance warnings for abnormal system conditions.
