摘 要:以聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)为增韧剂,采用熔融共混方法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/PBS 复合材料。首先探讨了 PLA 和 PBS 质量共混比对 PLA/PBS 复合材料性能影响,确定了 PLA/PBS 质量共混比为 80∶20。利用旋转流变仪、电子拉力试验机等仪器对材料的流变性能 和力学性能进行了表征。结果表明,添加 0. 03 份(质量份,下同)的过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)和 1 份的扩链剂(ADR)的复合材料综合性能达到最佳,维卡软化温度分别为 68. 5 和 85. 1 ℃,拉 伸断裂应变分别为 157% 和 213%,相比纯 PLA/PBS 复合材料分别增加了 22. 7% 和 66. 4%。 加入 DCP 的复合材料复数黏度较小,更有利于成型加工;差示扫描量热仪(DSC)的测试结果 发现,DCP 对复合材料 Tm和 Tcc的改善优于 ADR,复合材料的综合性能较好。

Effect of Different Additives on Properties of PLA/PBS Composite Materials ZHENG Yuxin,

Abstract:Poly (lactic acid)(PLA)/ polybutylene succinate (PBS) composites were prepared by melt blending method using PBS as a toughening agent. Firstly, the effect of the blending mass ratio of PLA and PBS on the properties of PLA/PBS composites was investigated, and the optimal PLA/PBS blending mass ratio was determined to be 80∶20. The rheological and mechanical properties of the materials were characterized by using a rotary rheometer and an electronic tensile testing machine, respectively. The composites showed the best comprehen‑ sive properties of 0. 03 phr of dicumyl peroxide (DCP) and 1 phr of chain extender (ADR), with Vicat softening temperatures of 68. 5 and 85. 1 ℃, and tensile strain at break of 157% and 213%, respectively, which increased by 22. 7% and 66. 4% compared to pure PLA/PBS com‑ posites. The composite materials added with DCP possessed a smaller complex viscosity,which was more conducive to molding processing. The results of differential scanning calorim‑ etry (DSC) showed that DCP was superior to ADR in improving the Tm and T cc of the compos‑ ite, and the composite had better comprehensive properties.
