摘 要:为解决 EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)发泡材料回弹性低的问题,将 PEBA(聚醚嵌段 酰胺)与 EVA 共混,加入 BIPB(硫化剂),通过超临界发泡工艺制备 EVA/PEBA 复合发泡材 料。通过测试不同配比下共混发泡材料的泡孔结构以及密度、硬度、回弹等性能,研究 PEBA 含量对 EVA 基发泡材料性能的影响。实验结果表明:体系中 PEBA 含量在 10~30 份时, PEBA 在 EVA 中呈“海-岛”分布,相近密度下随着 PEBA 含量的增加,共混发泡材料的回弹性 有明显提升,同时 PEBA 的加入提高了发泡材料的收缩稳定性和拉伸强度,在加入 20~30 份 PEBA 时发泡材料的拉伸强度达到最大值。

Preparation and Properties of EVA/PEBA Composite Foam Materials by Supercritical Foaming

Abstract:EVA is the dominant material in the traditional foaming market. However, it has inherent limitations, such as low resilience. This paper proposes a solution to enhance the resil⁃ ience of EVA foaming materials through the blending of PEBA and EVA with BIPB, followed by supercritical foaming. The resulting EVA/PEBA composite foaming materials will be char⁃ acterized by enhanced resilience. The impact of PEBA content on the performance of EVAbased foams was examined through an investigation of the pore structure and the properties of the blended foams at varying ratios, including assessments of their density, hardness, and resil⁃ ience. The experimental results demonstrate that the PEBA content in the system ranges from 10 to 30 parts. The PEBA in the EVA exhibited a "sea-island" distribution, with an increase in PEBA content leading to a similar density. This resulted in enhanced resilience of the blended foam. The addition of PEBA has resulted in a notable enhancement in the quality of the amed material. Furthermore, the incorporation of PEBA has led to an improvement in the shrinkage stability and tensile strength of the foamed material. It has been observed that the tensile strength of the foamed material attains its maximum value when 20—30 parts of PEBA are introduced.
