摘 要:成功设计并合成了 3 种两性离子苯醌单亚胺配体[C6H(2 ···NH(- CH2)3CH3)(2 ···O)2] (L1),[C6H(2 ···NH-CH(CH3)2)(2 ···O)2](L2),[C6H(2 ···NH-CH2Ph)(2 ···O)2](L3);继续合 成了双金属铝配合物(L1-Al2、L2-Al2和 L3-Al2);然后利用核磁谱图和单晶 X 射线衍射的表征 手段对所得配体及其金属铝配合物结构进行了表征;最后研究了以苄醇(BnOH)为引发剂,3 种铝配合物催化 ε-己内酯开环聚合的性能。聚合结果表明:配合物 L1-Al2、L2-Al2和 L3-Al2均 能有效催化 ε-CL 的开环聚合制备聚己内酯(PCL);其中 L3-Al2 活性最好,在甲苯溶剂中, 100 ℃、n(CL)∶n(Al)∶n(I) = 200∶1∶1、10 min 时,ε-CL 转化率可达 99%,可制备分子量高 达 22. 6 kDa 的 PCL,且与理论分子量相吻合。

Synthesis of Benzoquinonemonoimine Bimetallic Aluminum Complexes and Their Ring-Opening Polymerization of ε-Caprolactone

Abstract:Three zwitterionic benzoquinonemonoimine ligands [C6H(2 ···NH(- CH2)3CH3)2 · · · O)2] (L1),[C6H(2 ···NH-CH(CH3)2)(2 ···O)2](L2),[C6H(2 ···NH-CH2Ph)(2 ···O)2](L3) and corre⁃ spondingly three zwitterionic benzoquinonemonoimine bimetallic aluminum complexes (L1-Al2, L2-Al2 and L3-Al2) were successfully designed and synthesized. The structures of the obtained ligands and their metal-aluminum complexes were fully characterized by NMR and/or singlecrystal X-ray diffraction. Finally, the performance of ring-opening polymerization of ε -caprolac⁃ tone catalyzed by three aluminum complexes with BnOH as the initiator was studied. The polym⁃ erization results show the complexes L1-Al2, L1-Al2 and L3-Al2 can effectively catalyze the ring-opening polymerization of ε-CL to prepare polycaprolactone (PCL). Complex L3- Al2 shows the best activity, in toluene solvent, at 100 ℃,n(CL)∶n(Al)∶n(I) = 200∶1∶1, and 10 min, and the conversion of ε-CL can reach 99%, and PCL with a molecular weight up to 22. 6 kDa can be prepared, which is comparable to the theoretical molecular weight.
