聚丙烯/聚醚嵌段聚酰胺共混物的超临界CO2发泡及抗静电性

摘要: 将聚丙烯(PP)和聚醚嵌段聚酰胺(PEBAX)熔融共混,通过超临界CO2发泡法,制备了不同共混比的PP/PEBAX共混发泡材料。对其密度、体积电阻率、热效应和发泡后的形貌的测试,探究了发泡温度和压力对PP/PEBAX发泡性能的影响,以及PEBAXPP的抗静电性能的增强效果。结果表明:材料的发泡倍率总体上随着温度或压力的升高而变大,且PP含量高的混合物在较低的温度或压力下有较好的发泡效果。而PEBAX含量高的试样,则需在更高的温度或压力下,其发泡倍率才会明显增强。此外,PEBAX的加入改善了PP的抗静电性能,当混合物中PEBAX含量超过50%时,可以作为抗静电材料。

Supercritical CO2 Foaming and Antistatic Properties of PP/PEBAX Blends

Abstract: Polypropylene (PP) and polyether-block-amide (PEBAX) were melt-blended to prepare PP/PEBAX blend foam materials with different blending ratios by supercritical CO2 foaming. The effects of foaming temperature and pressure on the foaming properties of PP/PEBAX and the enhancement effect of PEBAX on the antistatic properties of PP were investigated. The results showed that the foaming ratio of the material became larger as the temperature or pressure increases, and the mixture with high PP content had better foaming effect at lower temperature or pressure. For samples with a high PEBAX content, the expansion ratio would be significantly enhanced at higher temperatures or pressures. Additionally, the addition of PEBAX improved the antistatic properties of PP and the PP/PEBAX mixture could be used as an antistatic material when the PEBAX content exceeds 50%.
