丁腈橡胶胶管内胶热油老化前后扣压性能的仿真

摘要: 对胶管热油老化前后扣压过程内胶性能的变化进行仿真。研究了以丁腈橡胶(NBR)作为基体胶的胶管,老化前后对其扣压过程内胶性能变化的影响。计算仿真结果表明:以NBR作为基体胶的胶管,老化对其扣压性能影响显著,表现为位移量相同时,老化后静刚度大于老化前;同一路径下相同节点处,老化后Mises应力和SED(应变能密度)大于老化前。

Abstract: In this paper, the change of rubber hose properties was simulated in the process of pressing before and after aging. The effect was explored on the change of NBR inner rubber hose properties before and after aging. The simulation results show that aging has a significant effect on the performance of the swaging process, which shows thaton the same displacement the static stiffness is greater after aging than before; the Mises stress and SEDstrain energy density are greater at the same joint in the same path after aging than before.
