纤维增强体对天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶复合材料性能的影响

摘要: 研究了芳纶纤维(AF)、碳纤维(CF)以及聚酰胺纤维(PA)对天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶复合材料(NR/BR)性能的影响,用机械共混法制备了纤维/橡胶复合材料。结果表明:纤维的加入使得NR/BR复合材料的硬度和撕裂强度得到提高,其中芳纶纤维/天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶(AF/NR/BR)复合材料的撕裂强度提高最多,提高了225%;通过橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)分析得到,AF/NR/BR复合材料的“Payne”效应最明显,芳纶纤维与橡胶基体界面结合的最好;碳纤维/天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶(CF/NR/BR)复合材料的导热性能最好;通过扫描电子显微镜可以看到,AF与橡胶基体界面无明显缝隙,PA在橡胶基体中分散不均匀。

Effect of Fiber Reinforcement on Properties of NR/BR Composite

Abstract: In this paper, the effects of aramid fiber (AF), carbon fiber (CF) and polyamide fiber (PA) on the properties of NR/BR composites were studied. The results showed that the hardness and tear strength of NR/BR composite were improved by adding fiber, among which the tear strength of AF/NR/BR composite increased by 22.5%, and the Payne effect of AF/NR/BR composite was the most obvious by RPA analysis carbon fiber/natural rubber/cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber (CF/NR/BR) composite had the best thermal conductivity; through SEM, it could be seen that there was no obvious gap between AF and rubber matrix, and PA was not evenly dispersed in rubber matrix.
