摘 要:针对传统多电平逆变器多为降压型逆变器,且结构复杂、所用功率器件数目较多的缺 点,利用开关电容技术提出一种高增益多电平逆变器拓扑结构。该拓扑借助开关电容电压实 现高增益输出,由于开关电容无需复杂的控制策略,因此可以实现电容电压自平衡。又因该 拓扑三相可共用直流电源、共用部分功率器件和开关电容、故在三相系统下的优势更为凸显。 分析了所提逆变器的工作原理、调制策略和拓扑比较,并利用 Matlab/Simulink 软件搭建仿真 模型,验证了所提拓扑的可行性与正确性。

A Switched-Capacitor High Gain-Based Multilevel Inverter

Abstract:In response to the shortcomings of traditional multi-level inverters, which are mostly buck inverters with complex structures and a large number of power devices used, this paper proposes a high gain multi-level inverter topology using switched capacitor technology. This topology utilizes switch capacitor voltage to achieve high gain output. As switch capaci⁃ tors do not require complex control strategies, they can achieve capacitor voltage self balanc⁃ ing. Due to the fact that the three-phase topology can share a DC power supply, some power devices, and switching capacitors, its advantages in three-phase systems are more prominent. This paper analyzes the working principle, modulation strategy and topology comparison of the proposed inverter, and uses Matlab/Simulink software to build a simulation model to verify the feasibility and correctness of the proposed topology.
