摘 要:采用后接枝法合成氨基功能化的 N-SBA-15载体,通过共价锚定法制备 Pt/N-SBA-15 非均相催化剂,并首次将其成功应用于催化多种官能化烯烃的环氧化反应中。采用 N2吸附脱附、 FT-IR光谱、XPS光谱、TGA、XRD、TEM 等表征手段对催化剂的结构和元素价态进行了表征分 析。实验结果表明:Pt/N-SBA-15催化剂具有优异的催化活性,在 35 ℃反应 12 h后,乙酸乙烯酯 转化率可达 71. 44%,环氧化产物收率达到 64. 34%。将该催化剂应用到其他官能化烯烃环氧化 反应中,研究发现:随着 C=C双键相邻官能团吸电子能力的增强,环氧化反应的催化活性下降。

Catalytic Performance of Pt-based Catalysts for Epoxidation of Functional Olefins

Abstract:In this paper, amino functionalized N-SBA-15 carrier was synthesized by post graft⁃ ing method, and heterogeneous Pt/N-SBA-15 catalyst was prepared by covalent anchoring method, and it was successfully applied to catalyze epoxidation reactions of various functional olefin for the first time. The internal structure and valence state of the catalyst were character⁃ ized by N2 adsorption and desorption, FT-IR, XPS, TGA, XRD and TEM. The results show that Pt/N-SBA-15 catalyst has excellent catalytic activity. Under the condition of reac⁃ tion at 35 ℃ for 12 h, the conversion of vinyl acetate can reach 71. 44%, and the yield of epox⁃ ide product can reach 64. 34%. The catalyst was applied to other functionalized olefin epoxida⁃ tion reactions. It was found that the catalytic activity of epoxidation decreased with the increase of electron absorption ability of adjacent functional groups of C=C double bond.
