摘 要:针对工业锅炉排放的低温烟气,研究了亚硫酸钠(Na2SO3)/抗坏血酸钠(VC-Na)体系 湿法脱硝的工艺条件,考察了 VC-Na 浓度、烟气氧含量和溶液初始 pH 对脱硝效率的影响,得 到了这 3 个因素对脱硝效率的影响规律。在此基础上,以脱硝效率为响应值,使用响应曲面法 (RSM)建立了影响因素与响应值之间的数学模型,分析了各影响因素之间的交互作用并得到 了最佳工艺条件。结果表明,VC-Na 浓度、烟气氧含量和溶液初始 pH 值均对脱硝效率具有显 著影响,并且这 3 个影响因素两两之间具有明显的交互作用。经响应曲面优化,得到最佳工艺 参数为 VC-Na 浓度 0. 85 mmol · L−1 ,氧体积分数 0%,溶液初始 pH 8. 48,在该条件下脱硝效 率预测值为 95. 16%,实验值 94. 58%,证明该模型准确可靠,具有一定的工程应用指导价值。

Response Surface Methodology Optimization of Wet Denitrification Process for Sodium Sulfite/Sodium Ascorbate System

Abstract: This study investigated the process conditions for wet denitrification of lowtemperature flue gas emitted from industrial boilers using a sodium sulfite (Na2SO3)/sodium ascorbate (VC-Na) system. The effects of sodium ascorbate concentration, flue gas oxygen content, and initial pH of the solution on denitrification efficiency were investigated, and the influence of these three factors on denitrification efficiency was obtained. Based on the above results, using the denitrification effiency as the response value, a mathematical model describ⁃ ing the relationship between the considered factors and the denitrification effiency was estab⁃ lished using the Response Surface Method (RSM). The interaction between different influencing factors was analyzed and the optimal values for these factors were obtained. The results showed that the concentration of sodium ascorbate, oxygen content in flue gas, and initial pH value of the solution all had a significant impact on the denitrification efficiency , and these three factors have a clear interaction between each other. Through response surface methodol⁃ ogy optimization, the optimal process parameters were obtained as follows: VC-Na concentra⁃ tion of 0. 85 mmol · L−1 , oxygen concentration of 0%, initial solution pH of 8. 48. Under these conditions, the predicted denitrification efficiency was 95. 16%, and the experimental value was 94. 58%,which proves that the model is accurate and reliable,and has guidance value for practical application.
