傅里叶变换红外光谱法快速测定聚丙烯/聚丁烯釜内合金的组分含量

摘要: 采用傅里叶变换红外光谱对聚丙烯(PP/聚丁烯(PB)釜内合金样品的组成进行定量分析。选不受时间、晶型转变因素干扰的972 cm-1766 cm-1处吸收峰分别作为聚丙烯和聚丁烯的定量吸收峰,通过对预设组分含量的PP/PB共混样品进行红外测试,利用郎伯-比耳定律建立了峰高与组分含量关系的定量工作曲线。根据定量工作曲线可快速获得PP/PB釜内合金样品的组成。采用高温核磁碳谱验证了PP/PB釜内合金样品的组分含量,发现基于傅里叶变换红外光谱法的定量工作曲线可满足PP含量(质量分数)在15%~85%之间的合金样品组成的快速、准确定量分析。

Abstract: The content of component in polypropylene/polybutene (PP/PB) blends was analyzed quantitatively by FT-IR. The absorption peak area ratio of the selected 972 cm-1 peak for PP and 766 cm-1 peak for PB was used as the calibrating basis for quantitative analysis. The working curve which was used for calculating the composition of PP/PB blends was established on the basis of Lamber-Beer equation law. This curve was available to quantitatively analyze PP/PB blends of w(PP)=10%—85%. FT-IR method is a simple rapid and accurate method for quantitative analysis of PB/PP blends.
