摘 要:相比传统乳液,无表面活性剂的 Pickering 乳液生物相容性更好,具有环保和可持续特 点。以甲壳素纳米晶(ChNC)为 Pickering 乳化剂,石蜡(PW)为油相,制备了一种相变乳液 微胶囊,并研究了 pH 值对乳化效果的影响;然后将相变乳液与聚乙烯醇(PVA)材料进行搅拌 及冻干处理,得到了 PW@ChNC/PVA 复合材料。实验结果表明,仅通过调节 pH 至中性条 件,ChNC 便能够起到稳定的乳化作用,制备的相变微胶囊粒径小于 10 μm,其熔融焓高达 164. 7 J · g−1 ,包覆率为 74. 6%,表明该方法所制备的石蜡乳液具有良好的稳定性。通过红外 热 成 像 仪 测 试 加 热 状 态 下 PW@ChNC/PVA 复 合 材 料 的 表 面 温 度 变 化 ,结 果 表 明 PW@ChNC/PVA 具有良好的隔热和温度调节性能。

Preparation of Phase Change Emulsion with Chitin Nanocrystal as Pickering Emulsifier and Its Application in Thermal Management

Abstract:Compared with traditional emulsion, surfactant free Pickering emulsion is more biocompatible, environmentally friendly and sustainable. A phase change emulsion microcapsule was pre⁃ pared with chitin nanocrystalline (ChNC) as Pickering emulsifier and paraffin (PW) as oil phase. The effect of pH value on emulsification effect was investigated. Then the phase change emulsion and PVA material were stirred and lyophilized to obtain PW@ChNC/PVA composite material. The experimental results show that only by adjusting pH to neutral condition,ChNC can play a stable emulsification effect. The size of phase change microcapsules prepared by CHNC is less than10 μm, the melting enthalpy is up to 164. 7 J · g−1 , the coating rate is 74. 6%, indicating that the paraffin emulsion prepared by this method has good stability. The surface temperature changes of PW@ChNC/PVA composites were measured by infrared thermal imager. The results show that PW@ChNC/PVA has good thermal insulation and temperature regulation properties.
