摘要: 研究了聚天冬氨酸(PASP)在铜、铁过渡金属离子催化分解和热分解条件下对过氧化氢(H2O2)稳定性能的影响。对比了PASP与亚氨基二琥珀酸(IDS)、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、三聚磷酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)对金属离子的螯合性能和H2O2的稳定效果。实验结果表明PASP作为H2O2稳定剂具有优异的稳定效果,可以替代传统稳定剂。此外,PASP和三聚磷酸钠对抑制Fe3+催化H2O2分解有很好的控制效果,而AEO-9对抑制Cu2+催化H2O2分解也有很好的效果。在复配稳定剂方面,0.01% IDS或PASP分别与0.01%三聚磷酸钠、0.01% AEO-9组成复配稳定剂能够稳定含有0.005% Fe3+、Cu2+的H2O2溶液,同时可以作为30% H2O2热稳定剂。此外,0.02% PASP单独作为30% H2O2热稳定剂的效果也十分显著。

Study on the Effect of Different Kinds of Stabilizers on the Stability of Hydrogen Peroxide Solution

Abstract: This study investigates the effect of polyaspartic acid (PASP) on the stability of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) under catalytic decomposition and thermal decomposition conditions in the presence of copper and iron transition metal ions. The chelating ability of PASP, imidazolidone bis-succinic acid (IDS), ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA), sodium tripolyphosphate, and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-9) for metal ions and the stability effects of H2O2 were compared. The experimental results showed that PASP had excellent stabilizing effects on H2O2, which could replace traditional stabilizers. Moreover, PASP and sodium tripolyphosphate had good control effects on inhibiting Fe3+-catalyzed H2O2 decomposition, while AEO-9 also had good effects on inhibiting Cu2+-catalyzed H2O2 decomposition. In terms of compound stabilizers, a combination stabilizer composed of 0.01% IDS or PASP with 0.01% sodium tripolyphosphate and 0.01% AEO-9 could stabilize H2O2 solutions containing 0.005% Fe3+ and Cu2+, and could also serve as a 30% H2O2 thermal stabilizer. In addition, the effect of 0.02% PASP alone as a 30% H2O2 thermal stabilizer was also significant.
