摘要: 介绍了一种新型的基于石墨相氮化碳(g-C3N4)和碳量子点(CQDs)纳米复合材料“关-开”荧光探针,用于检测氟离子(F-)。首先,将g-C3N4与CQDs结合得到g-C3N4/CQDs复合材料,然后加入铕离子(Eu3+),Eu3+与复合材料中的羧基结合,导致荧光猝灭(“关”),加入F-后,由于EuF3的形成,使荧光恢复(“开”)。本工作设计的荧光探针其荧光强度与F-浓度在2.0 mg · L-1到25.0 mg · L-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系。该探针具有较高的灵敏度和较好的特异性,可用于血清中的氟离子检测。

Eu3+/g-C3N4/CQDs Nanocomposite Fluorescent Probe for the Detection of Fluoride Ions

Abstract: This paper provides a novel "off-on" fluorescent probe for the detection of fluorine ions (F-) based on europium ion (Eu3+) doped graphite phase carbon nitride (g-C3N4)/carbon quantum dots (CQDs) nanocomposite. First, g-C3N4 and CQDs are combined to obtain g-C3N4/CQDs composite. Then, Eu3+ binds to the carboxyl group in the material, leading to fluorescence quenching ("off"). After the addition of F-, the fluorescence is restored ("on") due to the formation of EuF3. The proposed probe showed a good linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and the concentration of F- in the range of 2.0 mg · L-1 to 25.0 mg · L-1. This probe has shown high sensitivity and good specificity and could be used for fluoride ion detection in the human serum.
