矿化剂对硫蒸气还原分解镁法烟气脱硫石膏的影响

摘要: 镁法烟气脱硫副产物(镁石膏)的再生分解是镁法烟气脱硫技术大规模应用的关键。为了降低镁石膏的分解温度,采用硫蒸气作还原剂对镁石膏分解。此外,向反应物料中添加Fe2O3Al2O3CaOCaCl2等几种矿化剂,考察了它们不同的添加质量比对再生SO2的影响。结果表明,CaO的添加对镁石膏的分解效果最好,当添加质量比为10%CaO时,其产生的SO2浓度达到了12 .24%。当添加质量比为5%Fe2O3时,其产生的SO2浓度达到了11 .63%。此外,当添加质量比为10%Al2O3时,其产生的SO2浓度达到了10 .86%CaCl2的添加抑制了镁石膏的分解。

Abstract: The regenerative decomposition of magnesium flue gas desulfurization by-product (magnesium gypsum) was the key to the large-scale application of magnesium flue gas desulfurization technology. In order to reduce the decomposition temperature of magnesium gypsum, sulfur vapour was used as a reducing agent to decompose magnesium gypsum. Moreover, several mineralizers such as Fe2O3, Al2O3, CaO and CaCl2 were added to the reaction materials, and the effects of different addition mass ratios on the regeneration of SO2 were investigated. The results showed that the addition of CaO had the best decomposition effect on magnesium gypsum. When CaO with a mass ratio of 10% was added, the concentration of SO2 produced reached 12 .24%. When Fe2O3 with a mass ratio of 5% was added the concentration of SO2 produced reached 11 .63%. In addition, when Al2O3 with a mass ratio of 10% was added, the concentration of SO2 produced reached 10 .86%. The addition of CaCl2 inhibited the decomposition of magnesium gypsum.
